Council Camp! *UPDATED! Please read it again for the updates!

Hi Councillors! 

As most of you know, we will be having a 2D1N Council Camp on the 26th - 27th of December. Attendance is compulsory for ALL councillors unless a valid reason is given. 

First of all, please download and print the consent form attached below:



All are required to have the consent form signed, and given to us when you come for camp on the 26th.

Next, this is the list of items to bring:

PE T-shirts ---> 3
PE shorts --->3
Underwear ---> as required
School Shoes/ Sports Shoes ---> 1 pair
Slippers/Sandals ---> 1 pair
Towels ---> as required 
Socks ---> as required 
Fork (metal), spoon (metal), plate (plastic) ---> 1 set
Powder/Talc ---> 1
Bathing Kit (Shower Gel; Shampoo etc) ---> 1 set
Cleaning Kit (Toothpaste; Toothbrush etc) ---> 1 set
Writing materials ---> 1 set
Sleeping Bag ---> 1
Windbreaker; Sweater --> 1
Council File --> All are required to bring, unless you do not have one


On the 26th of December, please report at 8am sharp at the Students' Lounge. No breakfast is provided on the first day, so please make sure you eat before you come.

*UPDATES

Please bring along $15 as payment for the camp. 

Probates, please ensure that every probate knows about the camp. If some are not aware of the camp, contact them and inform them as required. 

As for the councillors (Sec 2s and 3s), please inform all councillors of the camp if they are not aware of it, including this year's Sec 3 councillors as well. 

We are expecting FULL ATTENDANCE for the camp (with the exception of those with valid reasons). This responsibility lies on your shoulders; please make sure everyone knows about the camp.
